Dr Lucy Frank (Dip Psych, UKCP Registered, MBACP)As well as working in private practice and in a primary care setting, my previous experience includes working for Cruse Bereavement Care and also supporting students in a university setting.
When looking for a therapist, it's important to find someone who is properly accredited and has completed a training at a reputable establishment that is recognised by UKCP (UK Council for Psychotherapy) and/or BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). I have completed a clinically and academically rigorous four-year integrative psychotherapy training at The Northern Guild for Psychotherapy which is one of the leading UKCP and BACP accredited psychotherapy and counselling training institutes in the UK.
